DELIVERY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Antoninias offers worldwide DHL tracked shipping. Please email info@antoninias.com if you have any questions regarding your international shipment.

Our orders are made when ordered and shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding preorders).

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EU buyers must pay VAT(European Value added Tax) on all items of any value, VAT is calculated in the checkout level. Orders cannot be canceled, if they have already been shipped or 24 hours after the purchase.

The delivery company will require your signature on every delivery, unless you consent otherwise. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages if you have permitted the delivery company to leave your package outside your address without requiring a signature. It is important to schedule your delivery for a time when you will be home to receive it and sign for it.

PREORDERS

If you are purchasing our capsule collection and preorders in the same time, please note that we will sent the whole order together. If you wish to receive items from capsule collections sooner please place a separate order from the preorder items.

The estimated shipping timeline for preorder items in the SS24 collection is as follows: products ordered until the end of 2023 are expected to ship by the end of January 2024, while orders placed in 2024 will typically ship within approximately 2-5 weeks from the order date. Please bear in mind that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary depending on material availability. For inquiries about expediting your preorder, please feel free to reach out to us at info@antoninias.com.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Did you choose a wrong size or style? No problem! Antoninias provides pre-paid return labels and returns are accepted for full priced items within 14 days from the order date (In case of preorders and orders made and sent over 4 days to a few weeks, the return period is extended by a week from the date you received your order). Please note that all returns excluding exchanges are a subject of 10 restocking fee (per item), which will be deducted from your order. We do not accept returns for our collection of handmade bags made by disabled organization.

For Domestic orders we offer returns for an exchange or store credit note, within 14 days from order date. International orders can also be returned for an exchange or a store credit note, within 14 days from order date. ( some exceptions apply, please see the whole policy here)

Please visit our returns centre and fill in the returns request. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped/fulfilled  or 24 hours after the purchase if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. In the event of a sale period, all orders placed during the sale period cannot be terminated after they have been placed. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe and if the order has not been fulfilled yet please write an email to info@antoninias.com. The email must include your name, order number and the items you want to cancel. The email must be sent to us with the same email address the order was placed with. Make sure your email is written in English, as we may not be able to reply to emails in other languages. In the case of Gift Cards, cancellations are not accepted.
